Everyone likes surprises right? Well Zavvi now has a very cool geeky gift box service that is full of surprises. Every month they offer themed gift boxes, packed with geeky goodies that you can get for as little as £18.49. Thanks to Zavvi I was lucky enough to get my hands on March’s Retro ZBOX and was pretty impressed.

The box contents would have cost over £35 if you picked up the items individually, these included a Joystick Junkies T-Shirt, Sonic The Hedgehog socks, Tango Fiesta PC game code, Retro Console Note Book, Pac-Man Pixel Bricks and a few other nice gimmicks. Previous months have included Cosmic and Undead themes that included some pretty nifty Star Wars merchandise and POP Vinyl Figures. It will be interesting to see what themes they have in future.

You can either pick up a ZBOX as a one off purchase or save money by subscribing for as low as £18.49 per month. I personally love the idea of getting a box of cool stuff delivered to my door every month, so as long as the contents are as good as previous months, I would happily subscribe to the service.
